TONI: I WANT TO END CAREER IN ITALY
Toni - currently enjoying playing for Bayern.
Bayern Munich striker Luca Toni has revealed he would like to end his career in Italy, despite claiming life in Munich is "perfect"
The Italy international arrived in Germany last summer and helped fire Bayern Munich to a league and cup double, but insists he has "unfinished business" in his homeland.
He told Zeit newspaper: "I think I will end my career in Italy. I am stuck on 99 goals in Italy and I would like to reach 100 in Serie A, but there is still a lot of time."
Any decision to leave will be difficult for the 31-year-old, however, who has been impressed by his new home.
"I was so ignorant that I thought everybody outside of Italy would live like in Italy," he added.
"Everything is so perfect in Munich: it is clean and safe. I wish my home city of Modena could have such high standards of safety."
