LUCARELLI MOVES TO PARMA
Parma have signed defender Alessandro Lucarelli from Genoa.
The 31-year-old has penned a three-year contract with the Gialloblu outfit where he will team up with older brother Cristiano, who joined Parma last year.
Lucarelli helped Genoa to a 10th-placed finish in the 2007/08 campaign on the clubs return to Italys top flight after 12 years in the second division.
The experienced defender will now have the task of helping Parma earn promotion back to the Serie A after the club were demoted having finished second from bottom last season.
