AQUILANI WILL STAY - DE ROSSI
Aquilani - 'wants to stay at Roma'.
Roma midfielder Daniele De Rossi is confident Alberto Aquilani will remain with the capital club next season.
Aquilani has been linked with a move to the English Premier League, with the likes of Arsenal and Manchester City reportedly on the trail of the midfielder.
The 24-year-old Aquilani has yet to sign a new contract with the Giallorossi, with his current deal set to end in June 2010.
"His wish is to remain at the club and Roma's intention is to keep him," said De Rossi. "Whether he signs (a contract extension) is up to him."
Aquilani enjoyed a fine campaign as Roma finished as runners-up to Internazionale in Serie A last season, and was a member of Italy's Euro 2008 squad.
