RAMS LEARN DAVIES FEE
Davies - now at Derby.
A tribunal has decided Derby must pay up to £725,000 for former Tranmere winger Steve Davies.
The Rams must pay an initial £275,000, with a further £250,000 depending on the 20-year-old's future appearances.
Derby will be required to pay £200,000 more if they reach the Premier League within the next three years, and a 15% sell-on clause has also been included.
Davies arrived at Pride Park at the end of last season after refusing a new contract with Rovers.
