DE SILVA ON COMEBACK TRAIL
De Silva - out of action since February.
Barnsley's Anderson De Silva has targeted a return to action with the Tykes reserves at the end of the month.
The Brazilian midfielder has been sidelined since February after undergoing knee surgery, but is now back in full training and hopes to play against Bradford's second string on September 30.
De Silva, who spent four months on loan at Oakwell from Everton last season, damaged his cruciate ligament shortly after signing a permanent deal with the Tykes in the January transfer window.
Fellow midfielder Diego Leon is hoping to shake off a groin injury sustained in the recent win over Derby in time for Barnsley's clash at Blackpool on Saturday.
But on-loan striker Maceo Rigters has been ruled out of the trip to Bloomfield Road due to a recurring hamstring injury.
Dutchman Rigters, who arrived at Oakwell in August, has yet to start a league game for the Tykes.
