POTTER COMES OFF TRANSFER LIST
Potter - talks with McCarthy.
Wolves midfielder Darren Potter is targeting a return to first-team action after he was taken off the transfer list.
The 23-year-old former Liverpool player had been expected to leave Molineux, but has committed his future to the club following talks with boss Mick McCarthy.
Potter told the club's official website: "I never wanted to leave anyway so I was more than happy when the gaffer asked me if I wanted to be taken off the list.
"He spoke to me before the friendly with Coventry and now I just want to concentrate on my football and win a place back in the team, although I realize that it isn't going to be easy, especially with the way the lads are playing."
