NOONE THRILLED AFTER ARGYLE SWITCH

Sturrock - has signed Noone.

Craig Noone believes he has made "the move of a lifetime" after joining Plymouth from Conference North side Southport.

The 20-year-old has moved to Paul Sturrock's side for an undisclosed fee which could eventually rise to in excess of £100,000.

Noone only joined Southport in the summer after being reunited with manager Liam Watson after the pair worked together at fellow Conference North side Burscough last season.

"I knew Plymouth had been to a few of my games," said Noone, who has signed a two-year deal. "It was a shock to me but I was delighted and excited.

"It's just sinking in now that I'm going to be full-time. It'll definitely make a difference, training every day.

"It'll certainly make a change from working and having to play a game on a Tuesday evening after being at work since 6am."
