ROVERS COOL INTEREST IN KEOGH
Keogh - is unlikely to join Doncaster.
Sean O'Driscoll admits Doncaster are unlikely to sign Bristol City defender Richard Keogh on a permanent basis.
The 21-year-old, who spent time out on loan at Carlisle and Cheltenham last season, featured along with fellow trialist Dao Issoumaila in Friday's 5-0 thrashing at the hands of Bolton.
But the recent arrival of central defensive duo Jos van Nieuwstadt and Matthew Mills looks to have ended Keogh's chances of moving to the Keepmoat Stadium, while a deal for former Toulouse defender Issoumaila could still be in the offing.
"We've signed Matt and Jos so our need for a centre-half is obviously less than it was a week ago," said Rovers boss O'Driscoll. "Richard would cost a fee, so that will be out of our remit now.
"Dao is one that catches people's eye. He doesn't speak good English and gets caught up in certain things.
"He would add something to the squad, but whether we take it any further, we'll have to wait and see."
