NO ROVERS DEAL FOR PRESSLEY
Pressley - will not be joining Doncaster.
Doncaster boss Sean O'Driscoll admits he is "looking for someone younger and quicker" after turning down the opportunity of signing former Scotland international centre-back Steven Pressley.
The experienced defender, 34, had originally been invited for a trial with but made just one appearance during Rovers' pre-season campaign, and boss O'Driscoll has decided to look elsewhere.
Speaking to the Doncaster Free Press, O'Driscoll said: "We are looking for someone younger and quicker and Steve admits himself he's a bit rusty and needs to work on his fitness.
"But he is a player with a tremendous attitude and we agreed to keep in touch if the situation changes."
