RUMMENIGGE RELAXED OVER RIBERY REMARKS
Ribery - wants to leave Bayern.
Bayern Munich chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge is reading little into Franck Ribery's remarks that it will be "Real (Madrid) or nothing" for him next season.
The France star walked away from training on Thursday, officially due to a blister on his heel, and did not train on Friday either.
Coach Louis van Gaal was seen trying to convince Ribery to carry on training, following the Frenchman's remarks in L'Equipe on Thursday, where he said he had "made up (his) mind to leave" the German club.
Nevertheless, Rummenigge is unmoved by Ribery's comments in the French newspaper and admits there will be no consequences.
"I don't think his comments are bad enough to warrant a fine," he told Munich's Tz newspaper.
"We are relaxed about the story. I interpret Franck's words like this: if it is either Real or nothing, then our clear response is that it will be nothing.
"We are not unsettled at all. Franck is staying."
